We collect information you provide directly and automatically through your use of the Platform.

• Account information: Name, email address, password, farm or business name, phone number, and billing address when you register or subscribe.
• Listing information: Photos, descriptions, pricing, pedigree details, location, and other content you submit when listing animals.
• Transaction information: Reservation requests, waitlist entries, membership purchases, and related communications.
• Device and usage information: IP address, browser type, pages viewed, search queries, and interactions with the Platform, collected through standard web server logs and analytics tools.
• Cookies and similar technologies: We use cookies to remember preferences, authenticate users, analyze traffic, and improve the Platform.

• To create and manage your account, process subscriptions, and provide customer support.
• To display listings, connect buyers with breeders, and facilitate reservations and waitlist entries.
• To send transactional emails such as listing confirmations, reservation notices, and moderation updates.
• To analyze usage trends, maintain security, prevent fraud, and enforce our Terms of Service.
• To communicate marketing or promotional content where permitted, with an option to unsubscribe.

We work with the following categories of service providers to operate the Platform. These providers process information on our behalf and are subject to confidentiality and data protection obligations:

• Payment processing: Payment information is processed by Stripe (or a comparable payment processor). The Sale Pen does not receive or store complete payment card numbers.
• Hosting: Our Platform is hosted by third-party infrastructure providers.
• Email delivery: Transactional and account-related emails are sent through a third-party email service provider.
• Analytics: We use Google Analytics (GA4) to understand how visitors use the Platform. Google Analytics may collect information such as IP address, pages viewed, and interactions through cookies and similar technologies. You can learn more about Google's data practices at Google's Privacy Policy and opt out of Google Analytics tracking using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

In addition to the service providers described in Section 3, we may share information in the following circumstances:

• Between users: When a buyer reserves a lot or joins a waitlist, we share the buyer's contact information with the listing breeder so the parties can finalize the transaction directly.
• Legal compliance: When required by law, court order, or to protect our rights, users, or the public.
• Business transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, with notice where required.

We use cookies and similar technologies for essential functionality, performance, and analytics. These include:

• Essential cookies: Required for authentication, security, and core Platform features.
• Analytics cookies: Set by Google Analytics (GA4) to help us understand how visitors use the Platform and improve user experience.
• Preference cookies: Remember your settings and choices across sessions.

Most browsers allow you to manage or disable cookies through your settings. Disabling essential cookies may limit your ability to use certain features of the Platform. Because we do not currently engage in cross-context behavioral advertising, browser cookie controls and the Google Analytics opt-out described above are the applicable tools for managing tracking on the Platform. If this changes, we will update this policy to describe any additional opt-out mechanisms, such as a "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" option.

• Update your account information at any time through your dashboard settings.
• Opt out of marketing emails by clicking the unsubscribe link in any promotional message.
• Request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us.
• Disable cookies through your browser settings, or opt out of Google Analytics as described in Section 3, though this may affect Platform functionality or usage reporting.

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

The Platform is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected such information, please contact us and we will delete it.

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites, such as breeder websites, that are not operated by us. This is separate from the service providers described in Section 3, who process data on our behalf. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of third-party websites you choose to visit.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted with an updated "Last Updated" date.
